Turf Care Program
Your program starts with our Turf Care Program.
Property Maintenance Visits
During the growing season, weekly property service visits. This ensures that lawns are mowed at their proper heights to ensure health, sustainability, and appeal. These weekly visits also allow us to ensure your lawn and landscape areas have consistent eyes on them for any changes in appearance that might need more immediate attention.
Lawn Maintenance Details
A well-maintained lawn doesn’t look good if the details are overlooked. As part of maintenance visits, lawns will have clean, well-defined edges along hard surfaces and beds to give a clean, crisp look. Additionally, the grass clippings and natural debris will be blown off hard surfaces and lawn areas. We take pride in our work and want your property to look good when we leave.
Winter Maintenance
During the Winter months, visits are focused on general yard cleanups to ensure properties look healthy and maintained. And if needed, in a mild Winter, this may even include lawn mowing services.
Optional add-on services:
Leaf Cleanup and Removal
When the leaves begin falling, it’s time to start clearing them off your lawn. Throughout Fall and Winter, leaves will be cleaned up and removed on a scheduled basis.
Shrub Pruning
Shrubs and plant care can be just as important as caring for a lawn. Proper care can ensure a plant’s lasting health. Shrubs are pruned at the proper time of year and will give clean, manicured looks.
Bed Care
You want grass growing in your lawn, not in your beds. Ongoing weeding can keep unwanted growth out of your beds and natural areas.
Irrigation Winter Services
At the end of the season, it’s important to shut down and clear out the lines in your irrigation system to prevent possible damage from freezing temperatures in the Winter months. When Spring rolls around, your system will be started up and zones and heads will be tested.
